When did you first get truly excited about drifting and who influenced you to develop the drift style you have?
I watched option videos and I was very into the Japanese styled cars and driving. I also grew up watching racing and touring cars were always my favorite. When it came to drifting I always liked the Team Orange cars and anything unique. I've never been the type to be satisfied if someone tells me there's only one way to do something. I am definitely the type of person to try and prove you wrong if you tell me something can't be done. I feel like all those things are the reason I ended up with my current car. I couldn't be happier with it.
I fell in love with drifting before I could even drive. I was always trying to replicate it in RC or anything with wheels. The first time I rode in a drift car with a proper LSD it changed my life. It's a good thing it did because it pulled me out of a questionable path and gave me purpose and motivation. That has greatly helped get me to where I am today. The grassroots and street drifting videos were always my favorite, I never had the attention span to watch a whole comp. Jesse Streeter and Burst were common search keywords when I was looking for videos. My first trip to Japan in 2016 I got to experience Meihan and Ebisu first hand. It really changed my perspective on drifting and I'm just trying to live what I perceived.
