Wednesday - September 2
5:00 PM - Car Meet
7:45 PM - Highway Cruise
For those coming to Chicago we will be having a meet in Bartlett. 100 E Bartlett Ave, Bartlett, IL at the Bartlett Metra Station. We will publicly post it on the day of, so please keep this to yourself and your close friends. Please note, takeovers are a thing out here and the cops know this, so dont do any burnouts or anything crazy at this lot. Park in the red area below.
Around 730ish we will cruise to Dave and Busters in Rosemeont. They have food, drinks, games, etc. Park in the parking garage (its low car friendly)

Final Bout staff will be heading to USAIR after this, but you are free to move about and hang in Chicago or go to USAIR.
Friday - September 4
11:00 AM - Arrive to USAIR
12:00 PM - 4:00PM - Food truck will be present (El Jefes Mexican)
4:00 PM - 5:00PM - Check-in and wristband pickup (Go to the registration building with your plus 1)
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM - Car show judging slot 1
3:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Car show judging slot 2
Friday is roll in day, please aim to be at the track around 11AM, but you can come earlier, or even Thursday if needed.If you cannot make it on Friday by 5PM, please let Simba know ASAP.
Pits are first come first serve, if you have an enclosed you will be parking on the forest side of the pits (north) first. There are a lot of drivers, so please park tight and tidy Use the fenceposts as a guide. Our staff will be there to assist and may ask you to move around if needed.
Our staff will be walking through the pits to get your tech'd. We will be doing a drive up car show judging on the track. It will take place by the judging stand on track. There will be two time slots, go to the car show judging area below for more details.
I know everyone loves chatting with the judges, but lets try and keep the chit chat to minimum so we can get people judged quickly. Once you are judged you are free to leave if you want, or you can hang out. Get your wristband for you and your +1 before you leave though.
We will have a food truck selling food from Noon to 4PM for those that want to eat at the track. Friday night is a free-for-all, but usually involves drinks at a bar. We are bringing back going to Longhorn Saloon

If you didnt get judged or teched be sure to arrive early, we will finish your judging at 8AM, otherwise be at the drivers meeting. When its time for the car lineup, please be ready for that asap, we will start it a little sooner than the time listed so we can get you all out. Comp session we will let you take 2-4 runs in a row before jumping to the next teams Target is to get at least 8 scored laps. Judges will take your top 3 and average those. After that is just fun runs.

01:30 - 05:00 - Open Driving [Layout 1 & 4] - I don't have the proper map, but we will run extended intermediate and reverse advanced.
Sunday wil be a chill day. The top 8 teams from Saturday will choose 1 driver to represent them in a standard 8 person tandem comp. After that its open runs till 5PM
Car Show Judging
As you all know, half your score is in the car show judging. We judge 4 categories
- Paint/Exterior
- Wheel & Wheel Fitment
- Interior
- Engine Bay
This year we will have 2 time slots so you don't have to sit in line forever and the judges get a break. As this takes a long time to judge we ask that you try and keep the conversations short and let the judges review your car. Have someone on your team pick your preferred time slot below. Try and make sure the whole team is ready.
Trailer Parking
If you have an enclosed trailer you want in the pits, please let Simba know. Otherwise all open trailers will be parked in the field for the weekend.
We plan to move all the trailer to the field on Friday at two time periods. 2PM and 7PM. If you are not able to be there by either time, please let Simba know.
When you arrive to USAIR if you need somewhere to hold your trailer after you unload your car, drop them in either the skidpad area or the gravel lot (see photo below)

Pit Passes
The pits are closed to the public this year at all times except Saturday from 4-6PM. All drivers get a +1 (free entry) who gets a pit pass, if you have any additional friends or family you want to give access to the pits, please fill out the below. They will need to buy a spectator pass still, but will get full access to the pits.
Misc info
- Be sure to switch to water/water wetter, no coolant
- You must wear pants while driving, this goes for your passengers as well (no shorts)
- Have a fire extinguisher in your car
- There is only one station that sells 93 in town, but there is a station that has race gas and one with e85, but they are both 30 minutes away, locations below
- Each team will get 2 stickers for cars that can go in and out of the pits, choose wisely. This helps prevent people from randomly driving in and attempting to take your stuff
- Keep in mind pits are open during the pit walk, so keep an eye on your things or put them away
- All non-enclosed trailers will be parked in the field, but a little further away than usual. Do not leave anything valuable (straps, ramps) on your trailers
- Enclosed trailers are allowed in the pits, open trailers are not
- Tire changer will be available onsite
